1. Service Scope

Ferro HQ provides bespoke, account-based outbound lead generation services primarily tailored for B2B SaaS organizations. All client engagements are subject to custom performance agreements executed upon qualification.

2. Performance Guarantee Terms

Our 90-Day Pipeline Guarantee applies strictly to qualified clients with a validated ICP and product offering. If Ferro HQ fails to deliver the contracted minimum of 10 qualified sales meetings within the initial 90-day window, performance retainer fees are waived as specified in the client agreement.

3. Domain Protection & Infrastructure

Outreach operations managed by Ferro HQ are conducted exclusively through dedicated secondary domain infrastructure to ensure primary corporate domain integrity. Clients agree to follow technical deliverability protocols established during onboarding.

4. Intellectual Property

All custom copywriting, account research frameworks, and lead intelligence compiled specifically for the client during an active engagement become the property of the client upon fulfillment of performance terms.
